On December 4, Tri-County EMC is launching its redesigned mobile app, myTCEMC. myTCEMC delivers daily and hourly kWh usage, houses account and billing history, and allows Tri-County members to report outages in the area. While the overall functionality of the new app remains the same, it will have improved navigation features to create a more user-friendly experience for our membership.

Once the new app is live, users will be prompted to download it via the Apple or Google Play Stores. Members who already have a login will use the same credentials as before. If you can’t remember your login information, you will be able to reset your password within the new app by selecting the “Forgot Password” option.

After you've installed myTCEMC on your phone, you'll have the ability to turn on push notifications to receive reminders and alerts from the app. To learn more about the benefits of myTCEMC, click here.
