Scam Calls to Members in Jones County

Scammers are contacting people in our service area to offer special vacation rental deals. The phone number they are calling from shows up as Tri-County EMC, phone number 478-986-9026, on caller ID, but has no affiliation with the company.
If you receive a call from this number, please do not give this caller any personal information. We encourage you to immediately hang up the phone and report the call to law enforcement.
