Scheduled Maintenance of IVR Phone System on Tuesday, August 1

Our IVR phone system will be down for maintenance on Tuesday, August 1 from 5-7 PM. We will be unable to take payments via phone during this time.  

To make a payment, visit www.tri-countyemc.com and use the Member Portal or use your myTCEMC app.

We will be able to take outage phone calls during this time. In addition, you can report outages on our website at www.tri-countyemc.com/report-an-outage.cms or the myTCEMC app.
