We have received a few messages regarding members not getting Tri-County EMC text notifications as they normally do regarding their account. After researching the issue, we have confirmed that our system is working properly. If you are having issues receiving our text notifications, we encourage you to contact your cell service provider. We also recommend setting up email notifications and checking your account balance via the myTCEMC app.
