Tri-County EMC is headquartered in Gray, Georgia. The cooperative has payment and customer service offices in Gray and Eatonton and five additional payment locations throughout the service territory as listed below. Tri-County operates a control center in Gray, as well as operations centers and warehouse facilities in Gray and Eatonton.

Paysite Kiosks

We only accept payments from the locations below. Please do not use third-party payment options at big box stores, such as Kroger and Walmart.

About the Kiosks:

• Kiosks can accept cash or check only - no credit cards
• Members cannot make payments on 2 accounts from 1 check. They will need to have separate checks for each account on which they are paying a bill. Another option is for the member to drop the check and bill stubs in the night drop or the mail.
• The kiosk does not give change. If a bill is $50 and the member pays $60 in cash, the extra $10 will be credited to the account.
• There is no fee to use the kiosk.
