In December, the Tri-County EMC Foundation awarded the Operation Roundup Scholarship, worth $1,000, to two service area students. Applicants were considered and selected based upon academics, financial need, and community service. Special consideration is given to non-traditional students who are working full or part-time and have returned to school.
