Duplicate Past-Due Notices Mailed

Due to an error, members that received a past-due notice today (12.08.17) received two copies of the notice. These past due notices were mailed Wednesday, December 6. If your account was affected, please note that you were only charged one late fee, not two late fees. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
